Once you are emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #, please send the items you would like to return/exchange to:

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of receipt. All items must be in their original packaging with original tags still attached. The items being returned must be clearly highlighted on the packing slip; the packing slip must be in the box.
In the event that a product is returned due to a quality or production issue, you will receive a replacement product free of charge.
